Where do you deliver?
We deliver the items ordered in mainland France as well as in the European Union, certain countries in Europe (United Kingdom) and Asia (Israel and Iran).
What delivery methods are available?
All orders are sent by COLISSIMO at home.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are calculated between 2 to 7 days depending on your geographic area. These deadlines extend in working days, and from the date of dispatch of the order.
You will be informed by e-mail of the support of the package by the carrier. A delivery tracking number will be given to you so that you can follow the delivery of your order in real time.
In case of absence on the scheduled day of delivery of your order, several options are available to you:
- Schedule a new delivery,
- Collect your order from a pick-up point.
What are the delivery costs?
Important: Delivery costs are not included in the price of the order. They are added to it at the time of validation of your basket.
The delivery costs of the products will be calculated from the taking into account of the country of destination. For any order destined for the European Union and for an amount greater than or equal to seventy euros of purchases, delivery costs by COLISSIMO are free.
For any order less than an amount of seventy euros of purchases, the shipping costs are assessed as follows according to the geographical area. :
European Union: €5.99
Outside the European Union: from €10.99 up to €15.99.

Is it possible to return my order if I am not satisfied with it? What is the return procedure?
You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of your package. During this period and if the product received does not suit you, you can contact our customer service to request an exchange or a refund. The product must then be returned with the prior agreement of our customer service.
The costs of returning the product are then the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the returned package, our after-sales service will check the integrity of the product and initiate the exchange or refund procedure.
We insist that the product must be perfectly new (or unpacked very cleanly) and be packaged in its original packaging when returned for the refund to take place.
MAISON KINORA will not make any refunds if the returned products do not comply with the stated return terms.
Is it possible to obtain a shipping refund in the event of damaged goods at the time of delivery?
When your order is delivered, please check with the carrier that the product is in good condition and has not suffered damage during transport. It is normal for the shipping carton to show signs of wear, however, if the package has suffered visible damage in transit that raises questions, you should not accept the package and return it immediately to the carrier.
